As little as 10 years ago building a website was the preserve of the technically gifted and motivated. However with the continued development of WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors more people have been able to build a website. However even with the WYSIWYG editors you need to know some HTML and learn the packages involved. Basically you need a strong computer background or you need to spend a while learning – or both!
